I am watching the biggest loser right now. I have watched here and there in the past but this time I want to pay attention and maybe get some useful ideas that can help myself. I am very proud of all the people that are participating. They actually weigh on tv. I have been overweight all my life. I really didn’t mind it for the most part but gaining the extra 40 pounds or so is really not looking good on me and not healthy. I have been the same weight for the last 6 or 7 years within 5 pounds. My poor hubby gains weight easy and I really need to help him because he has gained lots more. I love him the same or even more though. Exercise is the hardest because I don’t have the will. We have walked 30 min everyday for the most part for a few months and that is when I loose weight. I need to start again. I noticed on big loser, there is other exercises we can do while we are watching tv. Here’s to the new and improved Linda and David

Linda! Thanks so much for sending me the link to your blog. This is so exciting! Remember when we used to go for walks when you lived in Santa Cruz? I wish you and David all the luck. I know you guys can do it!
